Pre-Race Packet Pickup
Date Needed: Friday, September 28
Approximate Time Commitment: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Responsibility: Register Runners, Manage bib numbers, stuff packets
Total Needed: 4 volunteers
Set-up
Date Needed: Saturday, September 29
Approximate Time Commitment: 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Responsibility: Set up banners/signage at registration site
Total Needed: 2 volunteers
On-Site Registration
Date Needed: Saturday, September 29
Approximate Time Commitment: 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Responsibility: Welcome participants. Collect money/donations and have participants/parents sign waiver form. Hand participants race packet and event t-shirt (if applicable). Direct to start area.
Total Needed: 6 volunteers
5k Water Station
Date Needed: Saturday, September 29
Approximate Time Commitment: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM or last runner
Responsibility: Maintain area and cleanness. Fill cups before runners arrive.
Total Needed: 3 volunteers
Clean-up and Trash Pick-up
Date Needed: Saturday, September 29
Approximate Time Commitment: 11:00 AM to 12:30
Responsibility: Walk the area and pick up all trash and dispose of properly.
Total Needed: 4 volunteers
